無糖and有糖豆漿 - 健身

請問重訓完補充蛋白質,
跟無糖豆漿比起來,
喝有糖豆漿會很容易變胖嗎@@?
因為市面上的無糖豆漿大部分都摻有高纖,
我是一喝就拉= =+
而且肚子會連續痛個兩三天...
我自己經驗好像是還好啦..
因為我先前減重時從83kg到現在72kg了@@
只是想說若是喝無糖,
重訓邊減脂時減脂時會不會更快些..
