還是跟朋友討論如何練胸
朋友練的很大很厚
但他說 他都會先熱身讓胸肌充血
例如臥推先用30kg 15-20下做3-5組
然後再往上加重量 他也只做到60kg
但胸真的練的很厲害
而我 總共做10下3組 從70公斤往下金字塔 9組
卻沒有他的效果。。。
所以大家覺得先用輕重量讓自己熱身 充血 很重要?
