想再跟板上確認一次 怕自己誤會意思
我的基代在1350左右 身高157 體重67
要減重減脂
目前飲食控制少油鹽 不碰糖
吃進去的東西大概在1450上下
一週蛙泳1.5hr *5~6天
普偏來說不間斷游泳的話
大概是消耗500~600kal
我是否每天就吃到基代1400左右就可以了?
游泳所消耗的熱量不需要再另外補吃了?
