體脂率:37.1,生理期前(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填
必砍)
(女性請註明體脂率量測之際為生理期前、正值生理期、或生理期後)

三餐內容:熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述
例:使用直徑「30~40mm之貢丸或桌球體積」為度量衡參考標準
吃了2貢丸炒A菜,油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
早餐:以早餐店為主,起司火腿蛋吐司\里肌蛋吐司\培根蛋吐司\肉鬆蛋吐司/鮪魚蛋吐司
,就這幾種變化
午餐:便當,三種炒的蔬菜,很多蔬菜在輪流,有時有肉(ㄧ週約兩天),飯我都沒吃完
,會剩三分之二
晚餐:家裡煮,不吃飯,只吃青菜和肉加起來約ㄧ碗份量,會喝紅豆湯或仙草蜜,ㄧ次ㄧ
小碗200cc,家裡煮的沒外面甜,還有水果,木瓜,蘋果、芭樂輪流,ㄧ次都是ㄧ顆
其他:ㄧ週會喝coco的無糖珍奶ㄧ次,油炸ㄧ個月ㄧ次
日常作息時間:九點到六點的上班族,晚上十點睡,隔天八點起床(睡眠、工作、...等
時間)
生活型態:上班族(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
健康狀況:以下都否(是/否)
醫師是否告訴過您,您的心臟有問題,您只能作醫師建議的運動?
當您活動時是否會有胸痛的感覺?
過去幾個月以來,您是否有在未活動的情況下,出現胸痛的情況?

我的問題是,我這樣吃有到我的基代嗎?
然後持續ㄧ個月體重都沒變化,是時間太短?還是哪裡出了錯?
目標是半年瘦下十公斤,體脂率20,請教各位有什麼建議?
