開始運動滿13個月...繼續努力中 - 減肥

[途中] 拾參月
又過一個月了~~~~~~
時間過得好快
來發近況文嚕!
五月底一度看到六字頭體重(雖然是69.9XD)
體脂也低於40%來到39.9%
不過因為五月底外出取材(喂)
所以回台灣後又恢復七字頭XD
目前維持在70~72間
體脂也在40%~41%間徘徊
繼續努力的運動中
飲食也開始要來作些調整
希望能夠再有點進度嚕......
遲到幾天的拾參月紀念文XD
開始努力運動減肥滿十三個月嚕!
2014/5/11 113.7公斤
2015/6/11 70.7公斤 (最低是69.9XD)
體脂 6x% → 40~41%
46腰 → 29腰
6L → L (目前還可以穿進M號的洋裝XD)
真的沒想到自己能夠堅持下去
非常感謝大家的支持鼓勵和打氣
和妳們分享我的故事
也讓我能更有動力繼續前進
因為我不只是為了我自己
也是為了看著我的妳們 : )
妳們就是督促我的力量
讓我能更有勇氣和決心的往正確的道路上行走
現在我運動
不是為了減肥
而是為了讓自己快樂
拋掉自卑 擁抱自信(雖然還是只有一點點)
運動給了我很大的幫助
我親愛的超厚片妞們
如果妳還在猶豫
如果妳就是覺得自己要胖一輩子不可能變瘦
看看我
我可以
妳一定也可以的!
希望能給超厚片妞一些些鼓勵
讓我們一起努力吧!!!!

作夢也沒想到我竟然能堅持這麼久
真的要感謝大家(拭淚)
雖然最近偶爾還是很鬆懈想偷懶不運動
不過只要看到大家的鼓勵
就會讓我覺得我一定要繼續努力~
還有每次看到中島美嘉運動的照片或影片
就會讓我深受刺激
人家40公斤的人都為了健康那麼認真在運動
像我這種BIG SIZE的是有什麼資格在那邊說鬆懈啦啦啦啦啦啦啦~
(找個目標真的是很好的方式
像某位版友說的
這就是追星的正能量啊XD)
我一定會繼續努力的!
運動這件事
是即使已經達到理想的減肥目標後
還是會持續作下去的事
因為
姐減的不是肥
是自卑
而且
姐運動不是為了減肥
是為了讓自己開心 <(*0*)>
讓我們一起進化成更好的人吧~~~~
