為了達到減脂的效果 從全聯扛回來一罐燕麥
吃起來是沒有問題
有問題的是食用時機 Orz
平常三餐外食 回到家裡已經是消夜時段
雖然可以用燕麥泡豆漿當消夜吃
不過消夜應該是盡量不吃比較好吧
寧可餓著睡也不要吃撐
至於假日 當早餐吃OK
燕麥當午餐 晚餐等正餐吃是可以的嗎?
感覺可以飽足 但營養會不足夠
