本人目前處於人生巔峰胖
3/10 體重65.9kg
性別:女
身高:160
體脂肪38.6% 25.3kg
肌肉:21.9kg
以前從來都沒有運動習慣
現在已經兩個禮拜飲食控制加一週3天健身重訓(1hr/ 次) (腿、背、胸、二、三頭循環)
飲食(每日)拿秤子算重量:
碳水化合物:50克以下(不吃精緻澱粉,地瓜、南瓜)
蛋白質(100~150g)休息日100以下,訓練日150g:乾煎牛肉、蒸煮蛋、無糖豆漿、鮪魚罐頭
)
脂肪:70g (腰果、酪梨..)
水:3500cc以上
已執行2周
今日3/24回測(都是早上空腹量)
體重:64.7
體脂肪:36.5% 23.6公斤
肌肉重:22.4kg
脂肪下降:1.7kg
肌肉增加:0.6kg
體重沒有下降很多,我食物已經吃的非常嚴格,運動很認真
不知道這樣速度正常嗎?
我代謝大概1320左右而言
請益一下,有經驗的大大:(
