各位好
小弟目前高二 180 78
從考完會考那天 突然有一股氣
於是決定要認真的健身 不偷懶
人生第一次堅持一件事這麼長的時間
雖然遠遠不及各位的時間
但我會持之以恆繼續練下去
前言廢話有點多 抱歉 要切入主題了
我目前是 ㄧ週練五天 六日休息
主要肌群 輔助肌群
Mon 胸 三頭
Tue 肩 二頭
Wed 腿
Thr 背
Fri 手
吃的部分
早餐 20g里肌肉 兩顆荷包蛋 和三明治
中餐 學校關係 所以都吃早餐店的漢堡
晚餐 媽媽煮的家常菜 少油少鹽少糖
體脂的部分 沒有去專業的量過
只有去過康是美的 量20左右
我的目標是大學時可以參加比賽
希望可以在人生較有空的時間
完成自己的小夢想 不要以後遺憾
想請問巨巨們
目前訓練方式有沒有什麼缺點
可以改進的地方
還有現在該積極減脂還是積極 肌肥大
小弟健身知識蠻薄弱的
如果有侮辱專業的地方
先跟各位道個歉
