瑜伽對重訓的幫助 - 健身

我之前因為長期久坐,所以有圓肩、烏龜脖、骨盆前傾的現象
特別是圓肩,造成我的肩膀活動度不足,做很多動作行程會不長
尤其是槓鈴深蹲,我整個注意力都在肩膀,因為太酸太痛了
我想說如果去學瑜伽,學正確的伸展、拉筋、放鬆筋膜的技巧
加強身體的延展性及柔軟度,會不會對重訓更有幫助?
