瑜珈運動適合我嗎? - 減肥

基本概念瑜珈也是保健的一種運動,感覺比較不傷身,
瑜珈可以減肥嗎?單獨的瑜珈沒有配合飲食的調整,是否能達到減肥效用?
另外,我比較想知道的是,有子宮嚴重後傾、腰痠症狀的人,透過瑜珈運動
能達到改善嗎? 因為不明原因每天腹痛(西醫檢查不出原因,個人質疑與子宮
嚴重後傾有關),問過中醫是否能做激烈運動,答案是不行的,可能太虛了吧,
我的程度大概是快走、走太久都不行,會造成腹部更痛,身體更疲累,
日積月累不運動也不是辦法,想知道有甚麼運動方式最不傷身、非激烈..,
第一個想到的是瑜珈,其次是練太極拳或氣功,總之有甚麼適當的運動值得建議?
忍不住自言自語碎碎念,變胖變醜變虛加上失業又被嫌棄,一整個冏很大,
超想變瘦、變健康,只是身體變得這麼虛,還能同時兼顧瘦身與調養健康嗎?
