平常我大概兩天跑步一次,
因為每天跑我好疲累....
可是衣服都沒要變鬆的意思 (泣~~
這幾天我一直一直看置底文
看看我問題到底在哪裡
早餐:大燕麥片+桂格北海道系列
午餐:四菜一肉的便當(飯半碗)
晚餐:蘋果*1+不一定的小東西
話說我很想聽聽自己內心的聲音
可是...我很少感覺到餓
最近我想說餓了再吃
結果不餓沒吃,反而頭暈了阿阿阿阿(然後我有趕緊去吃飯)
結論是我該照三餐吃嗎= =?
不餓好難控制量呀...
阿閒聊突然不小心變成有問題了想問了...
運動方面平常我都跑三千就用走的了
走滿三十分鐘吧
"三個月減肥"這篇的作者跑了五千四十分鐘
我想我也該突破一下了
一圈一圈慢慢增加(四百公尺的操場第四跑道)
哦哦哦哦第十圈了好感動
我只記得有第十三圈,
然後越跑越開心,就忘記計算了哈哈哈哈哈哈
終於懂板上大家跑步很"爽"的感覺了
害我都不想停下來了XDDDDD
可是我還是很擔心隔天腳會軟腿
我還是停下來了哈哈哈
拉筋的時候突然覺得筋變好軟哦哦哦~~~
突然覺得自己之前跑的很不像跑步ˊˋ
但是沒關係,至少我抓到fu了!!!
就是"再慢,也不要停下來"
超開心的耶:)
幸好冬天流汗還有風來降溫
夏天這樣跑會不會暈倒阿阿阿阿 !!!!
快過年囉,大家新年快樂阿~~~
希望不要回外婆家又大魚大肉了(泣~~
