產後3kg要怎麼減 - 健身

其實產後兩個月就已經到現在這個體重,但又過了半年
3kg還是掛在身上...下個月要體檢,希望可以趕快剷掉3kg阿...
早餐:
自製土司(堅果/蔓越莓)兩片+起司片or果醬or肉鬆
無糖豆漿or鮮奶
午餐:
隨意,主要是自助餐但不吃飯
晚餐:
在家吃媽媽煮的清淡飲食
運動:
1.每天x-bike 1hr(有想過要做鄭多燕,但x-bike可一邊看書上網一邊運動,
對於媽媽來說一小時能同時做兩件事情已經很奢侈了;有想去游泳,但老公
比我晚下班,沒人幫我顧小孩,要游只能趁週末)
2.照顧小孩做家事(有想過像miranda kerr一樣把抱小孩當練重訓,但試過一次
腰就不太舒服...還是算了)
3.餵母奶(這也消耗蠻多卡路里,但對於「體態」沒啥幫助,而且產量越來越少
,蠻怕一不餵就復胖)
其他:
塑身衣(我覺得是有幫助恢復體態,幾天天氣熱沒穿到就覺得自己肥肉都跑出來
,每件價格都不便宜,我還是會盡力穿...)
~~~問題點:零食/飲料~~~
餵母奶養成的壞習慣,變成每天很習慣都要喝東西
湯湯水水喝膩了,在辦公室喝開水又覺得沒營養
所以開始去飲料店,喝奶茶不好,所以都喝鮮奶茶(茶少奶多)
(喝純茶太無聊,幾乎都會加珍珠...)
壞習慣養成真的好難戒掉,現在變成每天都要喝
明知道飲料不好,珍珠熱量超高,不加料的飲料乾脆自己弄就好
一天不喝就好痛苦...跟朋友講朋友都說:
「沒關係,你已經很瘦了(我臉的確變尖,嬰兒肥都完全不見了)
媽媽開心最重要...等等」安慰我的話
初期餵母奶好容易餓,因為體質,不適合吃太多水果,常常就是一包蘇打餅吃光光...
現在這個壞習慣還是遺留著,因為一餓就無法專心工作
但我覺得飲料上癮的程度比餅乾嚴重100倍
唉~~我到底該怎麼辦阿?
想請問有人知道有「拒絕飲料」之類的社團嗎?
我想成立,有人要加入嗎?XD
