用一段時間myfitness pal 的感想 - 健身

各位好,第一次在fitness版po文,感覺有點緊張啊…
前一陣子因為出車禍之後不能運動,又壓力很大暴飲暴食,體重瞬間增加了15公斤,到了99左右,身高183,體脂肪率大概27……
無奈之餘就在板上爬了不少文,了解到飲食控制才是最重要的事,也開始尋找適合的app來幫助自己紀錄,會用這個也是看上他可以跟很多之前就有用過的運動app連動(像是starva之類的),也許是終於知道控制飲食了吧,才剛用一個月就有了顯著的效果,體重回到93.1,體脂肪率22.3,有點開心XD
想請問版上的朋友有在用這個app嗎?
因為這個app是直接連結臉書註冊的,可惜的是臉書上都沒人用……
發這個文是想要徵求一起進步的夥伴,有人一起互相交流應該更有毅力去紀錄每一天吧?XD
