小弟我最近在用仰臥起坐板在健身
平板根弧形的板子都用過
但每次做都感覺"腰部脊椎"很吃力
就像槓桿原理,腰部脊椎的部分是施力點
每次做都感覺脊椎有壓迫感
怕做久了會出什麼問題
但問用過的朋友他們都說沒怎樣!!
是我使用方式錯誤還是怎樣呢?
麻煩請有經驗的大大講解一下,謝謝!!
