先說一下,163/62.9 原po是女生
顯示結果(有圖表)
體脂肪率 28.1
肌肉重量 41.6kg 超過理想值一點點
腹部肥胖率 0.78 理想範圍
有個綜合提示:肌肉過重
這....我從厚片人轉型成為筋肉人了嗎
平常都有吃到基代,一周運動四天,每次30min慢跑(約4k)
喔~~不!!! 我只是想減脂。
版上都有肌肉,有助基代減肥。
但是這結果.....算正常嗎
怎樣才能回到肌肉正常,又能繼續減脂。
有沒有肌肉重量的標準?!!!
我不想成為筋肉人啦啦啦啦啦啦啦!!! Orz..
