一名鄔姓老師(45歲)22個月前為126.4公斤,從那時開始寫
減重日記與慢跑,共瘦了52公斤,現為74公斤整個人約小一半
,被同事稱半人哥。
鄔男說減重技巧,就是上衛教網站,先概略了解每種食物熱量,
之後再謹慎挑食物,他一天仍吃2000卡(以往3000卡),以一
個月減重2公斤速度,成功減重。
減重日記網站bdodo.com,呼籲網友天天寫自己進食記錄為日記,
以此督促自己控制飲食。

不容易耶...126公斤開始跑步的話,應該超級痛苦的
1個月減2公斤感覺起來也挺健康的
不過對我來說寫日記可能要比跑步還難過吧 XD
