小弟前陣子已經有收到體檢單但沒去
之後應該好像有補檢的樣子
問題來了
小弟原本身高165 體重74 體脂24%-26%浮動
最近一個半月開始一週六練
增肌4公斤 體脂長了2公斤 到了80.4公斤
算是在新手蜜月期 身邊的巨巨算給我聽
胖四公斤常備役 胖五公斤替代役 胖六公斤免役
問我要不要直接再增重六公斤XD
以現在的狀況來說不管增肌增脂都算非常容易
對當兵也不算反感
想問一下各位巨巨 當兵有辦法不掉肉嗎
因為小弟很怕肉量消下去
或是當兵有什麼秘訣可以維持肉量呢?
現在的軍營都有像樣的健身房嗎
如果真的長了六公斤免役
有辦法志願當四個月兵嗎?
