當肌肉感覺重重時
要休息一天還是照著菜單繼續進行呢
我是慢跑..可能是我之前運動量太少
昨天衝刺比較久
今早起來沒有酸痛但是有沈重感
不過看大家慢跑都是天天慢跑,不知道我現在是否該出發
還請前輩只點我一下 謝謝 <(__)>
