8/25練深蹲做最後一組時 多撐一下,然後後腦杓突然爆痛 就開始暈眩,接著就喘不太
過氣 一直有要暈倒的感覺 就蹲在地上休息 頭超痛的回去後睡了一覺之後,隔天又繼
續練胸 。
然後8/29腿推剛做沒幾組 就一陣暈眩感又開始出來了 又有快暈倒的感覺 就想說去踩
划步機緩和一下 結果踩沒兩分鐘感覺真的快暈倒了 就坐著休息一下就回家了。
結果8/30早上上班剛吃完早餐一陣暈眩感 又有快暈倒的感覺
剛剛去洽公跟廠商聊到一半又有暈眩的感覺,而且這幾天頸椎又有酸痛感 8/28有練肩
想請問我這算是努責現象還是胸鎖乳突肌的問題
如果不理會自己好嗎?已經兩天沒練了
如果想掛號 需要去掛什麼科 好怕是不是腦血管有破裂還是什麼之類的突然暈倒掛點
我有爬文 努責現象發生之後好像只有舉重物才會有頭痛暈眩問題 平常日常生活好像不
會有影響的樣子 有大大能解答嗎
