各位好~~~
我想請問大家一個問題
我知道減肥或是飲食控制 澱粉絕對是必要的
吃到基礎代謝更是必要
但我想在控制熱量的範圍內 一天所需的營養 應該有所分配吧??
我早餐都吃"饅頭(正常版)+低脂起士1片+自己混的拿鐵(100ml低脂鮮奶+黑咖啡)
午餐:小七貝果+燙青菜+某種肉類或海鮮(分量不多)
^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

(1)有時換成熱量差不多的麵包或三明治
(2)常常是蝦子or些許魚肉or吻仔魚 以清蒸方式
再來晚餐就是我的問題所在!!!
我好喜歡小七的貝果或是麵包類的東西
(但不愛台式麵包 是黑麥 全麥 裸麥類的)
尤其是小七的貝果 真讓我瘋狂~~~~~~~~
可是我總覺得我早餐 午餐的澱粉類 已經足夠我一天所需了??(是嗎??)
晚上再吃這類食物 好像"易胖"又不均衡
像我今天晚上又在說服自己 要吃"適當的糙米飯+鮭魚肉(比飯多)+燙青菜"
但心裡好想再嗑一個小七貝果+燙青菜+大蝦子"
但總覺得這樣好像會胖?? 可是算算熱量又還好
我真的常常好想午餐晚餐都吃一樣喔!!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
我平常幾乎都坐著看書 也有運動的習慣 但不是很固定(尤其遇天冷或下雨)
不過有機會我會多動 樓梯十幾層都在爬(爬兩趟)
盡量能步行就步行~~~~
平常會吃一點點小餅乾或甜食(都吃很少)
我沒有在減肥 但想維持體重~~(之前減下來了)
請問如果我想順著我的欲望吃 這樣長期吃會不會胖??
自從控制體重後
我晚餐都不敢吃麵 就算吃也不敢吃完
飯也都吃一點點
就怕晚上吃"太多"澱粉會發胖!!
我知道如果每天都運動 這就不會是問題
但因為現實原因 我無法每天跑步等等的~~~
請問這樣吃會胖嗎?
