瘦下來後人老了好幾歲 - 減肥

小弟35歲 身高167公分 15個月之前 體重逼近80公斤 現在體重68公斤 減了12公斤
目前三餐正常 作息正常 完全沒有復胖的跡象 (請版友不要在拿之前的文章來鞭我了)
最近家人警告我 叫我不要再繼續瘦下去
因為瘦下來的我 外表看起來至少老了10歲以上 像個50多歲的老伯
我該怎麼改善目前的情況??
有沒有版友可以指點一下??

: 基礎代謝:1650,有依闆娘建議吃到1650以上,甚至超過很多,零食汽水會吃喝一點
: 運動量:有買一台歐姆龍熱量計,每日運動+基礎消耗2500~3000卡,運動量我想不低了
: 所以問題不在我少吃,而是我有先瘦臉的基因
: 運動方式:慢跑+快走
: 目前我採取的方式是吃完東西後立刻出去走30分以上
: 吃東西跟以往沒減肥時一樣,差別是在運動量 double
