減肥ㄧ個月 正常吃…很久沒運動
之前體脂肪頗高31 所以想降體脂去健身房
有做很多有氧 戰鬥有氧 無氧則是偶爾做重訓
結果…體重胖兩公斤 體脂沒變ㄧ樣31
朋友說看起來有瘦 是錯覺嗎…
本人163體重55
