三餐內容
早餐:火腿蛋吐司+無糖優酪乳100cc 或
白饅頭加蛋+無糖優酪乳100cc 或
芋頭饅頭加蛋+無糖優酪乳100cc 或
蔥抓餅加蛋+無糖優酪乳100cc
午餐:半碗白飯+一碗燙青菜+約一個手掌的肉類(非油炸)+兩顆奇異果 或
八顆水餃+一碗燙青菜+兩顆奇異果
晚餐:綠豆番薯湯+一碗燙青菜+少許魚肉或雞肉(約半個手掌大小)
日常作息時間:晚上一點前睡 早上八點起床
生活型態:放暑假的學生
減肥方式:每天運動
白天游泳(蛙式)40分鐘不休息 +
搖呼拉圈加手臂運動 60分鐘 +
快走30分鐘 +
鄭多燕健身操第一部第一集 約30分鐘
問題陳述:
各位捧有
我已經從6月28號開始減肥到今天
快兩個月了
體重一直讓我相當挫折 完全沒變
之前上網查說 有運動即使體重沒變 也會因為長了肌肉曲線變好
但是量三圍也神奇的毫無改變
週遭家人朋友也發現我體型沒有改變
想要問大家我的減肥方式究竟哪個環節出錯了
我每天都有上一次廁所
水也有每天喝2000cc
飲食不吃零食飲料也有吃到基礎代謝率的熱量
但就是瘦不了
減重中我有每天量體重
曾經有一度少了0.2公斤 但隔沒兩天又恢復
但我的飲食控制跟運動完全沒鬆懈
上網查很多資料但還是不知道為什麼我會這樣
請各位捧有幫幫忙好嗎
想知道自己究竟哪個環節出錯了
雖然知道減肥是很慢要有毅力的
但是連一點點都沒瘦已經讓我受挫沒信心了
