瘦子增肌這樣體脂上升會太快嗎 - 健身

小弟我從小到大身材都偏瘦
認真健身認真吃飯到現在大約兩個月
先附上今天測量的inbody270數據

身高166公分
和兩個月前測量比起來
體重增加大約五公斤
其中骨骼肌增加2公斤 脂肪增肌2.6公斤
營養攝取
蛋白質每天吃個120~150g
澱粉吃300~350g
脂肪以及熱量沒有特別計算
但是盡量都會吃原型食物少吃飲料甜點
一日三餐以外會吃麵包香蕉芭樂
分次把每天需要攝取的量吃完
不然三餐太飽了實在吃不下
主要的訓練方式是看 卓叔增重
一週鍛鍊4天以多關節為主
不算熱身組每個動作做4組
努力控制離心2~3秒
一天練胸+背
臥推 上胸臥推 夾胸
槓鈴划船 引體向上 單手啞鈴划船
一天練腿+肩+手
深蹲 RDL
肩推 側平舉 臉拉 二頭彎舉
這樣一個部位一週可以練到兩次
並且可以練到16~24組
目前有點困惑的地方是
雖然目前我的體脂肪看起來都還好
只是從太瘦變成正常而已
也明白增肌的同時脂肪勢必也會跟著增加
但是像我這樣脂肪長得比肌肉還多
這是合理的嗎
是不是應該少吃一點澱粉
吃得少油一點之類的
還有我如果一週可以鍛鍊4天
這份課表有什麼不妥的地方嗎
自己有點想每週的其中一個腿日
改成做硬舉 跟 分腿蹲
或是可以再多練幾個月再來調整課表呢
