瘦的人減肥 小疑問 - 減肥

小弟有個疑問
有些瘦的人 雖然BMI低 不過體脂肪高...(小弟 171cm 55kg 體脂肪大概17%吧)
想藉由有氧和重訓減少體脂肪
但是減少脂肪比增加肌肉較為容易.......
會不會到最後 只有減少脂肪(體重越來越低)而已??
