我身高166 體重48 是女生
食量超大
以前都是怎樣吃都吃不胖
外表看起來很瘦啦
不過最近發現 外表還是很瘦
但是肚子變大 所以就不能穿貼身的衣服
很困擾
朋友和我說 做仰臥起坐很有效(爬文也有看到)
不過好像都沒看到有沒有實際說要做幾下勒
目前都是一天30 (也才進行兩天)
不知道是要更多 還是加時間?
(本來想跑步 可是怕腿變粗)
希望有過來人明確且有效的答案喔
或者還有沒有什麼撇步
