Q1我想晨跑來減肥,可是如果說每天六點去跑步,大概跑30-60分,那跑完可以睡覺嗎?起床再吃早餐OK嗎?我跑完一定都會在睡回籠覺,可是我睡醒後再吃可能是中午了,變成一天可能只吃到兩餐,那如果遇到下雨該怎辦呢?是不是要暫停還是該怎麼呢?那如果要工作的話應該怎麼辦呢?等放假才能運動嗎?不然�
