好久沒運動的我 趁著現在晝長夜短
今早6點多就騎腳踏車運動
剛好家附近有個自行車步道 但在半山上
離家裡大概20分鐘的腳踏車程
前20分鐘都是用優哉的速度
到了山下 開始要爬坡了
上坡之後騎了一小段(大約150公尺) 就開始喘了
之前有過硬衝爬坡結果差點喘不過氣來 還噁心了一下 (那次真的嚇到了)
所以現在都調最輕速 慢慢騎
耐力還是不夠
我就直接下來用牽的 摸一摸心跳應該有破130了 = =
後來後面一整段我雖然都用龜速牽的 可是心跳還是沒有下降
一直到最上頭也走了快20~30分 可以確定心跳都有130up
想要請教各位 這樣也算有氧運動嗎???
