請推薦膝蓋受傷時能做的運動 - 健身

應該還沒到重傷的程度
只是踩健力車踩得比較重又比較快
所以右膝蓋蹲下時會痛
另外左肩膀也有些痛
我自己每天早上都會做一套半個小時的動氣功
想請問我還能夠做些什麼呢?
快走沒問題 但是似乎沒辦法像前陣子走的那麼久
可能是膝蓋傷的原因
想休息個幾天
想稍微找點不動膝蓋的緩體操來做 有這種嗎?
不要有氧拳擊 跳阿跳的膝蓋好傷 希望基本上是站在地上的
像是國民省錢運動 不過太短了
