圓po是21歲的女生 目前167cm 103kg 體脂44.3%
吃:
早餐 大多選擇 蘿蔔糕+蛋 or 炒麵加高麗菜 or 饅頭夾蛋 or 燒餅夾蛋 配白開水= =
中餐 就三菜一主菜的便當 主菜以不挑炸的為主 沒有配湯
晚餐 (五點半前吃完) 滷味 有海帶 青菜加冬粉 頂多加個酸菜 辣椒 蒜頭
點心 宵夜只准吃海苔 一包頂多四十卡
飲料 分解茶 每朝(超難喝= =) 茶裏王濃系列....
運動:
(因為很容易心悸 下午的運動先從少量開始 之後會慢慢增加)
早上 在早餐部打工三小時 幾乎都是站著
下午 快走5.5km/hr以上 30分 騎健行車 沒調很重 RPM在90以上 35分
以上的運動心跳皆達140以上= ="""
睡前 空中腳踏車x300 剪刀腳x200 仰臥起坐(目前十下就快死了= ="")
側躺抬腳x20(兩邊各20 慢慢抬起慢慢放下)
請問有哪需要改進的 謝謝大家:)
