請幫我估一下勁辣雞腿堡的熱量 - 美體

通常好像大家都估450~550卡左右
可是我不敢吃的東西太多,所以我每次吃勁辣雞腿堡
都只有麵包體+雞腿+胡椒粉
這種組合熱量很難算,我思考一陣後覺得,少了沙拉,蛋,生菜跟番茄醬
而且早餐店的雞腿是用煎的,所以300卡應該是OK吧?
估300卡會不會好傻好天真T^T
