我有購買過一般網路上賣的泡菜
它的熱量都不高
而且我半夜肚子餓時 都會吃它
吃的方法就是單吃泡菜 沒有加湯等等
發現..都沒有變胖 體重也沒增加
而且是連續吃一個禮拜的那種..
是因為泡菜本身熱量低 所以吃多了也沒關係嗎?
有爬一下文說可以煮煮泡菜鍋
加點菜這樣是否可以呢
還是有比較特別但又不會發胖的方法呢?
