若基代1800,吃2000,日常活動加運動負700
熱量赤字一樣負500
身體會分得出來二種熱量赤字的不同嗎?
只要是熱量赤字,身體就是不夠用
資源要嘛從脂肪,要嘛從肌肉來補充
為何fitness 老是講得一副純瘦肌肉
然後世界末日一般的口吻
風險很大 一副人之將亡了
一堆人吃得像一頭豬一樣好幾年了
風險是很低逆?
幾週節食不得了了
把板友罵得半死
這令我想到宗教狂熱
莫非基代也是一種宗教?
身體沒有肌肉代表無法搏鬥與覓食
身體這麼笨?只會分解肌肉來用?
吃輕微不足基代真的很嚴重?
(對減脂而言)
而且不過是暫時幾週
fitness的版友會說
等你老了bla bla bla
等你復胖bla bla bla
等你回復飲食bla bla bla
你打算吃一輩子嗎bla bla bla
等你溜溜球 bla bla bla
回復飲食不代表大吃大喝好嗎
只要有熱量控制哪那麼容易爆肥?
一個飲食正常不過量
有適度運動的人
經歷短暫節食必然爆肥?
這啥理論我就不懂了
體重下降基代本來就會下降
如果脂肪少掉7kg 肌肉掉2kg
犧牲一點肌肉還是值得
莫非吃不到基代
瘦掉9kg全是肌肉,脂肪全部留住?
人體這麼精準?
