最近在健身房觀察到一位會員
一個禮拜大概來2-3次
每次只做啞鈴臥推 每次都看到啞鈴臥推
單手重量大概45-50 約4下一組 組間休息至少5分鐘 做5組
然後休息 回家
老實說 我蠻佩服他的 能單手50KG
但真的有人只練一樣嗎? 也沒做槓鈴握推 機械或纜繩
大家有認識這樣的人嗎?
