小弟最近開始健身
但因為是學生課都下午所以都蠻晚睡的
有時候想睡也睡不著
我看很多人說除了飲食和運動
睡覺也很重要
那我晚睡(2.3點)可是睡滿8小時
這樣會比較好嗎?
如果可以我希望還是早睡早起啦
但如果睡不著但我睡久呢?
