手機排版有亂先說抱歉
如題,小弟重訓一年了,不知道是不是重訓的
原因出現了淺眠和睡眠不佳的狀況,大概就是
半夜會起床上廁所,而且不只一次有時候還
會起來兩次,早上就是有睡沒有飽的感覺,精
神超差,真的要抓狂了,請問有什麼辦法可以
解決嗎?飲食都有注意,171cm/68kg 增肌中(目前以5-8rm練力量為主,穿插8-12rm)
每天大概吃到2200kal蛋白直2倍,希望各位能
提供意見,不然我真的快受不了了
