有收尋到以前 睡眠與脂肪代謝的關係 的文章
不過有聽說過,睡眠如果沒有到達某一個時數
反而容易使身材肥胖
以前也有聽過教授 運動生理學 的老師說到睡眠跟代謝脂肪的關係
細節我已經全忘了
印象中睡眠代謝脂肪多,醣類少
醒著時代謝醣類多,脂肪少的樣子
不是很確定是不是這樣說的
請生理學達人解答依下這個問題吧
