體重沒有一直往下降 - 健身

大家安安
原po是個身高171 體重97的胖子
以前讀書時也是這種比例的身材
只有在高中讀書有曾經兩個月
晚餐大減量 每天下課打籃球
那段時間體重有降到75
現在因為有勞動的工作 所以運動變少
最近兩個月開始每天深蹲一百下
蹲完再接著做仰臥起坐
可是體重沒有下降的趨勢
衣服的腋下原本是卡卡的 現在鬆鬆的了
請問是體脂肪轉換成肌肉的意思嗎?
如果繼續持續的做下去
是不是會提高基代 跟降低自己的體重?
Ps 原po很想瘦到當初跳跳人的身材
