吃燒烤沒有運動體脂降了 - 健身

小弟有每個禮拜量體脂肪的習慣
前陣子每天都會去慢跑
還有每個禮拜都會重訓一次
體脂肪23.5
過了一個月後降到 20.5
就在上禮拜我因為課業繁忙都沒有運動
還吃了一次吃到飽的燒烤
結果這禮拜去量 發現竟然降了1%
還有個例子比較誇張
小弟的室友 前兩個禮拜量 都是38
他都沒有在運動 結果之後的那個禮拜
他吃了鹹酥雞和燒烤吃到飽和7-select的六罐紅茶
結果那個禮拜量降了5%
有強者大大可以解釋一下
除了體脂計壞掉的答案嗎
