先聲明,此篇非學術研究,僅個人實驗結果分享
小弟健齡約五年左右
這幾年都維持一週四練,兩天綜合格鬥,兩天重訓+有氧
大約兩年前開始突然力量下滑,體力不支,恢復變慢,精神變差,甚至開始越來越胖
增肌期脂肪增的比肌肉快,減脂期肌肉掉的比脂肪快
驗了好幾次睪固酮,發現都在130上下(正常男性平均約400-500左右)

我去年三月決定開始接受短期的睪固酮治療
因為我很怕蛋蛋縮掉,所以選擇注射微量的合成睪固酮sustanon,搭配口服clomid
期間睪固酮都維持在350上下
也維持差不多的訓練量
以下是三月和五月的InBody數據

飲食和訓練幾乎沒變的情況下效果還不錯
我後來選擇先暫定治療,看能不能靠自己的飲食和訓練維持身體機能正常
結果又回到之前睪固酮過低的情況,開始變胖變廢

今年一月又開始接受一模一樣的睪固酮治療

這兩個月追蹤睪固酮大約也在300-350之間
個人覺得效果非常有感,力量體力精神都好很多
應該會持續接受治療到身體恢復正常為止
睪固酮補充實驗結果給大家參考
如果一直覺得自己肌肉練不起來,脂肪減不掉
可以可慮去驗一下
不過不建議補充太多,一來蛋蛋會縮掉,二來可能會情旭化,請慎用
