現在清楚了
post-workout的乳清應該比例這樣沒錯
睡前搭配的酪蛋白則不是
但是還有一點小弟也會攝取乳清的時間點就是剛起床的時候
這時候的身體血糖是否也比較低,需要大量糖分?
這時候適合加蛋白質兩倍量的砂糖嗎?
