我覺得吃東西和運動根本兩回事
喜歡吃的人會盡量找機會找藉口來吃
不喜歡吃的人怎樣也不會去多吃
我做高負載運動後根本不想吃,但為了增肌只好折衷喝牛奶豆漿
做輕量運動後會肚子餓想吃,但一片吐司或一包蘇打餅乾就夠
如果是戶外運動整天,結束後只想倒在床上有時連晚飯都不想吃
M那個兒童遊樂場的例子,在我小時候會因為玩太high而不吃了
而這所需意志力也根本不用多強,也不難練
我有超愛吃的朋友改吃清淡後,運動完自然也不會想吃太多
因為清淡的東西沒辦法吃很多,而高糖高油高鹽高調味料的吃起來很噁心
這種會因為去游泳池泡泡水、健身房輕鬆踩個腳踏車就覺得餓到要去吃東西喝珍奶的
也會因為出去逛街走個幾步路、上班坐在椅子上幾個小時
就覺得累到餓到要去吃東西喝珍奶
就是藉口啦
