硬舉動作求鞭 - 健身

各位前輩大家好
小弟最近2個月開始練硬舉這個動作
目前身材169/69
硬舉目前做到110kg/8下/3組(都有用腰帶)
雖然大腿後側跟臀部有吃到力的感覺
但是下背到第2組中段就會開始痠痛
第3組時更是要偶爾緩一下才能繼續做
但是練完走出健身房就差不多不痠了
頂多彎腰會有點緊緊痠痠的
做羅馬尼亞硬舉的時候(80kg/10下3組)
也會有下背痠痛的感覺
不知道是不是動作有錯
因此想請各位前輩幫忙檢視一下我的動作
或是給我一些建議

因為是練到結束才拍
所以只做80kg*2下

從兩三年前跑步就會出現下背痠痛
痛到跑不下去
或是工作整天下背很痛,痛到睡不著
去看物理治療師後,他建議我開始練硬舉
目前坐整天下背痠痛的症頭已經緩解
但做硬舉動作的痠痛讓我有點害怕
不知道是不是姿勢錯誤造成的
還是單純只是我太弱xd
