硬舉動作求鞭 - 健身

最近三項都有突破,但是硬舉的狀況時好時壞,沒辦法像臥推還有深蹲一樣穩定發揮
上一次拉這個重量大概是三週前了
這次在做的時候有蹲更低一點,讓肩膀維持穩定,感覺這樣上背的剛性會比較好
但不知道是不是平常姿勢不良的關係,我在做的當下有想刻意壓胸椎,但影片看起來還是
有點駝背= =
而且感覺我槓好像可以在貼離小腿近一點
想請問各位大大還有什麼地方可以改進,或是有什麼硬舉的小訣竅可以分享
