硬舉完下腰痛以及練到的肌群 - 健身

我想問說,我感覺硬舉都練到大腿,跟深蹲練到的部份感覺沒什麼差ㄟ...
然後每次做完其中一種,大概就沒力做另外一種... 但是如果分兩天做,感覺又練太多大腿(目前一週排兩天練腿)
這兩種動作練到的是差不多的嘛? 如果要做該怎麼安排呢? 謝謝~
