如題~~
小弟用拉力帶硬舉大概180KG
但是如果不用拉力帶 正握只能110KG~120KG之間
這個落差好像有點大<冏>
雖然沒有要比賽 但是還是想說提升一下握力
如果以三項健力為主 通常怎麼訓練握力會比較好?
