硬舉酸好幾天正常嗎..? - 健身

各位巨巨,小弟瘦弱170/68
硬舉最近才開始練,一般都是做6-7組
第一組空槓20kg熱身,後面一路從
50kg*15
->60kg*15
->70kg*10
->80kg*6
->90kg*2
->70kg*5
->50kg*6
大概到極限就到了,組間休息2.5mins,也不知道這樣練對不對...
且助力帶掉了,後面手爆掉抓不住
我的硬舉應該是傳統混著羅馬尼亞式 (黑白做的概念)
練完下背會有點微酸,上背倒還好
當下是腿是沒感到痠痛
隔一天後會發現腳伸直腿後側痠到哭
重點是這個痠痛會持續4天甚至5天
這樣好像根本沒辦法再排深蹲,所以變成一周深蹲、一周硬舉...
請問需要調整嗎,是否可以給點建議呢? 謝謝
