自從我看了一部短片後有一個想法

短片是某電影一個片段,不過還是很熱血,它告訴了我就算手腳發燙受盡痛苦也要盡全力
所以我想問像這種超越力竭忍受痛苦的行為是否值得仿效?
最近覺得最大訓練量已經逼近極限了,我有試過用1RM來慢慢增強訓練量,不過代價是全身痠痛,不管吃什麼補品或是食物還是覺得恢復慢
另外我這幾天大便形狀不好,甚至有點拉稀的情況,是因為我乳清蛋白喝得時機不對的關係嗎?我是練的時候中途喝,我聽說練的過程中血液分散到練的部位,胃就會因為血液少而消化不良,是這個問題嗎?
