各位巨巨前輩大家好
目前小弟正在進行每周五天低碳兩天高碳的飲食計畫
也有搭配每周三天重訓, 三天有氧
一個多月來體重有下降約3公斤, 教練說線條有較明顯
明天要和家母去日本自由行六天
想請教在國外無法精確計算碳水量的話, 是否不要吃太誇張就好了?
把一周的碳水量直接均分到每日, 再自己帶乳清補充蛋白質
自己是有帶迪卡儂懸吊訓練帶, 打算在房間可以加減練一下
請大家給點意見~
