想請教各位健身的前輩們,看到資訊說健身完除了補充蛋白質外,也要補充碳水化合物,
因為可以提高胰島素幫忙肌肉的合成。
請問健身後的碳水化合物,可以喝無糖的燕麥奶來補充嗎?適合嗎?謝謝大家的幫忙
